REPONSIBILITIES FOR POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
The Head of Department and Director of College are responsible for overseeing the operation of this policy in the college. This will be their responsibility to:
1. Ensure that all staff members are aware of the complaint policy.
2. Adequate training to address dissatisfaction issues.
3. Making staff aware of their responsibilities.
4. Ensure that staff has inducted students about the complaint policy.
The decision of the Head of the organization is final and the complainant will be advised in writing of the outcome within three working days.
