STAFF'S REPONSIBILITIES

All the staff members are required to:

1. Advice students effectively to handle the issue.

2. Form positive relationships with students and parents in order to assist them properly.

3. Annually review the Policy.

4. Ensure that the complaints are recorded by the staff members confidentially.

5. Analyse the causes to identify the dissatisfaction among students.

Complaints must be resolved without disclosing details of the complaint to other staff members to allow a fair opportunity.
