REFUND POLICY

 

Domestic Students
 
The prospective students take time in deciding about the course, and applying for the admission. We at BCES understand the fact that there may be situations where students may request for withdrawal
1. Student who has paid full fee upfront will be eligible for the fee refund as per the following scheme:
  • 100% fee, if he/she applies for refund at least 3 weeks before the commencement of the course.
  • 80% fee, if he/she applies for a refund at least 2 weeks before the commencement of the course.
  • 60% fee if he/she applies for a refund at least 1  week before the commencement of the course.
  • No refund will be made to the student after the course has commenced.
2. The college will be liable to refund the full tuition fee if the college closes or discontinues the course.
3. No refund will be given of any deposit made by the student who is dismissed for disciplinary reasons.
4. Students are required to show the payment receipt (issued at the time of registration) in order to become eligible for the refund.
5. In case the student feels that there is an exception to this policy then he/she may appeal to the head of the organization. Any exception granted will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
 
International Students
 
Student, who has paid full/part Fee fee upfront, will be eligible for the fee refund as per the following scheme:
  • 100% fee, if the college closes or discontinues the course.
  • 100% fee if the student is unable to get the student visa to India. Student will be required to show proof that his/her visa has been refused.
 No refund will be given of any deposit made by the student who is dismissed for disciplinary reasons or who is in breach of any policy of FRRO(Foreigners Regional Registration Office). Students are required to show the payment receipt (issued at the time of registration) in order to become eligible for the refund. In case the student feels that there is an exception to this policy then he/she may appeal to the head of the organization. Any exception granted will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
